Instructions for use:

A characteristic of web sites is that if your computer has been to this site before it will  have saved the page in its cache  memory and will show you the saved page in preference to downloading the page over the Internet so you may see old data.  If you suspect you are looking at old data press Shift -F5 and your computer will download the most recent data on the website. If you have viewed many pages we recommend you clear your cache by (in Google Chrome)  pressing CTRL- H and following the instructions to clear the recent browsing history and then proceed into this site.
